I recently did scaling and got my teeth filled at this clinic. I felt a bit of sensitivity afterward, but it was still fine. The doctor was very kind and caring throughout the treatment, and the clinic is really comfortable with great facilities.

Not recommended. The quality of the work wasn't very good. The doctor didn't properly install the retainer after my braces. It was a bit of a hassle. The staff was slow to make the appointment. My teeth appeared to be moving. Totally disappointed.

Regret getting braces here.. Staff is blind.. 4 times retainer came off. They know how to fix the retainer came off, we want to fix it quickly so they tell us to wait for the doctor to fix it, it's been over a week since we can do it. Teeth move. See the doctor and he's happy to tell us to put braces back on. Remember it's CHEAP and people pay. The chat clinic is never wrong. If I had known, I would have read the reviews first before doing it here. Sorry, it's no use.

not recommended... doctor well explained, but the result on the teeth was not good. I have a lot of experience with this tooth paste. He didn't see that there were 4 teeth already pasted. The service of the dentist is not that bad either. There was no drill before pasting, just a drill. Then they didn't polish after pasting. Then they didn't tell me to feel comfortable? Just pasting to cover the hole. The paste is not the same height as the original tooth. bullshit with all the explanation, they say they put medicine before pasting, hello of course it has to be put right. Finally came here. It's overpriced. I swear it's overpriced for bad results. Anyway, I should have read the reviews before coming. I should have booked twice because I can't come...

went to get my teeth cleaned and flossed for myself and my child..the toothpaste was removed in one day..it cost rm340 but I had to go back to change it..it's expensive and I don't know what they used..the doctor didn't explain..it's okay again..but I asked the receptionist to change the invoice to make it easier for me to claim from the company..there are many reasons, for years I've been going to other clinics and I haven't had any problems editing the invoice..it's finally here..remember to support Malay..but this is how it works👎🏼

Posted May 2025: 2nd visit here with niat to support the local business. Locum dentist and staff seems unprofessional. Chitchatting during my procedure until the receipt charged wrongly. Yet staff does not admit her error until i requested for itemized bill. This brings to another sharing from my mom who had his articial teeth purchased here. Front desk seem asking for depo like my mom cant afford to pay. Seems she need more interpersonal skill as frontdesk. She might having the tone just like how she talk to her friend. Thus, will opt for another dental clinic for my next visit. On another note, pls have ur side arrangement on kuih raya elsewhere not at counter. Doesnt seems proper when guest is in front of u. Best of luck for ur biz!

Posted on 2022 :Considered a good visit since 3 years of pandemic. All was good and dentist recommended to improve more on consultation. Service is great and straight forward.

I've had a toothache for 2 weeks. Today the pain feels unbearable. Booked an appointment at 11.20am, arrived early and went in. Alhamdulillah the tooth can still be saved. It can just be filled. Dr Kawitta is very kind & friendly. He taught me how to brush my teeth properly so that my gums & teeth don't get damaged. The fee for filling my teeth is also cheap. I pray that this clinic will continue to grow and always have many customers. I want to come back later for scaling & polishing.

Berapa kerap saya perlu buat pemeriksaan gigi?

Kami sarankan setiap 6 bulan sekali untuk pemeriksaan berkala & scaling. Ini bantu cegah kerosakan gigi sebelum jadi lebih serius.

Anak saya tak pernah buat rawatan gigi — boleh datang untuk sesi kenalan dulu?

Sudah tentu boleh! Kami galakkan ibu bapa bawa anak datang seawal mungkin untuk biasakan mereka dengan suasana klinik. Kami sediakan ruang kanak-kanak dan pendekatan mesra untuk bantu mereka rasa selesa.

Tak perlu. Tempahan slot adalah percuma. Anda hanya perlu buat bayaran selepas rawatan selesai.

Berapa lama biasanya satu sesi rawatan akan ambil masa?

Ia bergantung pada jenis rawatan. Rawatan asas seperti cuci gigi biasanya ambil masa 20–30 minit, manakala rawatan seperti tampalan, cabutan atau braces mungkin ambil masa lebih lama. Kami akan maklumkan anggaran masa semasa anda buat temu janji.

Kalau saya bawa anak kecil, boleh buat rawatan sekali?

Boleh! Kami sediakan ruang kanak-kanak dan suasana yang mesra anak-anak. Anda boleh buat rawatan serentak untuk diri sendiri dan anak jika slot tersedia — hanya maklumkan semasa buat temu janji.

Perlu buat pemeriksaan dulu sebelum rawatan?

Ya, setiap pesakit akan melalui sesi konsultasi dan pemeriksaan terlebih dahulu untuk menentukan rawatan yang paling sesuai.

Berapa caj untuk sesi konsultasi?

Caj konsultasi adalah berpatutan dan bergantung pada jenis pemeriksaan. Ada rawatan asas seperti scaling yang dah termasuk pemeriksaan awal sekali. Anda boleh WhatsApp kami untuk anggaran awal.

Kalau saya hanya nak datang untuk tanya harga dan pemeriksaan, boleh ke?

Sudah tentu boleh. Kami sentiasa terbuka untuk pemeriksaan dan konsultasi tanpa paksaan untuk teruskan rawatan. Keputusan di tangan anda.

Adakah doktor akan terangkan semua sebelum rawatan dimulakan?

Boleh saya pilih untuk tangguhkan rawatan selepas konsultasi?
